- Near-expiry and end-of-season stock is incinerated or landfilled — cost and carbon.
- Even when companies want to donate, tax, logistics and ESG paperwork live in separate systems.
- Welfare facilities wait for goods, but there is no integrated channel to meet companies.
② CSR happens, but evidence doesn't remain
- Attendance lives on paper sign-up sheets — aggregation is a job of its own.
- Photos, rosters and certificates are scattered; every report starts from scratch.
- Funders and evaluators have no practical way to verify submitted results afterwards.
One platform for each problem
Both services hash every original record at issuance time, so documents can be checked against the original afterwards.
Register surplus stock, and BRENNO scores its waste risk (WRS, 0–100, patent pending), matches the best recipient with an explainable AI score, tracks delivery, and generates donation-receipt data packages plus reference tables showing how metrics relate to GRI/ISSB items (mapping status, not compliance) — all from the same record.
